Ry36 Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and ry36 ("Platform", "Company", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ry36 website, the ry36 mobile application, and all services provided by ry36 ("Services").

By registering an account with ry36, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any ry36 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the ry36 Privacy Policy, and all relevant game-specific rules. If you are registering on behalf of a corporate entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Ry36 reserves the right to amend, add or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the ry36 website. Continued use of the ry36 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the ry36 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration. ry36 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, make a deposit or place any form of bet on the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not a citizen or resident of any geographic region where the use of online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited under local law.
• Not currently on ry36's self-exclusion list or the exclusion list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Not acting as a representative, proxy or agent for any third party while using the ry36 platform.

Ry36 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or account closure until verification is complete. ry36 is not liable for any losses arising from a player providing false information during registration.

Each player is permitted to have one ry36 account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If ry36 detects the existence of duplicate accounts held by the same individual — whether through phone number, IP address, matching name, shared deposit method or other evidence — ry36 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Register an active Malaysian mobile number that belongs to you. A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to this number for verification.
• Providing a valid and active email address for official ry36 communications.
• Creating a strong password – minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.

You are solely responsible for keeping your ry36 account login details secure. Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including ry36 staff. ry36 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Ry36 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• FPX Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect and other banks supporting FPX

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 and the maximum deposit amount depends on your chosen payment method and your account's VIP level. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only — ry36 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the player. ry36 does not accept deposits from credit or debit cards that are not in the player's name. Any attempt to deposit using unauthorised payment methods may result in account suspension and a reversal of funds.

Players may withdraw funds from their ry36 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the last deposit or to a verified bank account held in the player's name.
• Players who receive a bonus must meet the associated rollover requirements before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The deposit balance may be withdrawn at any time without any rollover conditions.
• Ry36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, bank statement) for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day as a standard security measure.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for eWallet and DuitNow. Withdrawals via FPX to a bank account may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the bank's processing time. Withdrawals requested on public holidays or outside standard banking hours may take slightly longer, but ry36 endeavours to process them within 2 hours.

Ry36 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions ry36. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus has rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary depending on the bonus type.
• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed one time only by each new player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• All bonuses have validity period as stated. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover at the end of the validity period will expire automatically.
• Ry36 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, collusion between players to artificially fulfil rollover requirements, or any activity that violates the spirit of a promotional offer.

All bets accepted by ry36 are subject to the following sports betting rules:

• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport, market type, and match. Limits will be clearly displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by the ry36 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Odds displayed during the confirmation process do not guarantee acceptance of the bet.
• Odds Changes: ry36 accepts bets based on the odds displayed at the time the player confirms their bet slip. If the odds change between the time of selection and confirmation, the ry36 system will notify the player of the updated odds.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled before reaching the minimum required period (typically 5 overs for T20 cricket or 45 minutes for football), all bets will be voided and the staked amount will be returned in full to the player's account balance.
• Odds Error: If odds are displayed erroneously at a rate that is clearly incorrect (odds that are too high or too low due to a technical error), ry36 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the players.

All online casino games at ry36 – including Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo), slots, poker and other table games – are powered by software from licensed game providers that have been independently audited by third parties to ensure genuine fairness and randomness.

Players acknowledge and agree that:

• All casino and slots game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.
• The software systems governing casino games and slots use independently certified and audited random number generators (RNG).

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any scripts, bots, automated software, or other methods to interact with the ry36 platform without genuine human control.
• Coordinated Arbitrage Betting: Collaborating as a group to exploit odds discrepancies through coordinated opposing bets.
• False Information: Providing false identity, age, address or financial information during registration or the verification process.

Ry36 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for such action include violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, requests from competent authorities, or a request from the player themselves.

In cases of account closure not involving fraud or serious breach of terms, any unused deposit balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the last deposit within 5 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ry36 account may do so through the Account Settings section or by contacting ry36 support. Account closure requests made by the player will be processed within 24 hours.
